bleach had a lot of filler, fortunately it wasn't egregious like Naruto where the majority of it is filler, but

164 of the 366 episodes were filler. That's still pretty bad.

Although honestly I made it through the shitty bount arc and quit during the next story arc. The fighting had become dbz levels of nonsensical. Every shonen I've watched except hunterxhunter has it's best fights at the beginning before the characters actually get strong. I'd be willing to bet one piece is also better later on but I only got like 150 episodes into that as well and it's early fights (in the anime at least) are trash so not a very high bar to overcome.
