I think you just need that sort of mindset to be streamer in general. Not a lot of extroverted people would be willing to sit in front of a screen for hours talking to a faceless audience. As for hololive specifically, they're actually one of the more progressive groups in terms of mental wellness. The talents all have managers to share their workload, and they're regularly encouraged to take breaks and vacations. Judgmenl posted... You do realize that their main demographic is males aged 20-30+?
