I am Setsuna (PS4)

The game is fine. It takes most of its story interpretation from Final Fantasy X and its battle system from Chrono Trigger, and fails to live up to either of those games for a few reasons. The boring, white background that persists through the entire game is a weird artistic choice that makes the game annoying to traverse, plus the game hides items that are extremely hard to see as shiny spots within the white areas. Secondly, there's really nothing else to do in the game until you get right before the end boss, at that point the first sidequests in the game appear, and by that time you're probably already wanting to get it over with, like I was. Finally, the game is a real old-time RPG with its mechanics, as in there's no HP heal after battles or saving anywhere. And the enemies in the final dungeon really enjoy casting Freeze, which counts as a KO'd party member. I did lose several hours of progress due to this.

Still, it was still mostly an enjoyable experience. I did enjoy linking attacks between my party members and creating fluxations to power up each character. It is definitely not worth the $40 price tag the game asks for, but it goes on sale pretty often.
