Form: 0 - Among the most lazy designs ever. I despise amorphous blobs, so Grimer, Muk, and Ditto all suck from a design perspective for me.
Function: 10 - Can't deny the usefulness of the little blob from a breeding perspective.
It's got a few funny anime appearances to its name, but I've never been able to make one really shine in battle. Hmmm...
Overall: 4.3
I do place more focus on appearance than ability. Oh well.
