Mega_Mana 12/05/22 10:33:17 AM #45:	Tagging! There's a lot here I haven't seen (almost exclusively the cartoons, except for Kitchen Nightmare) and a lot of nostalgia. I was toying with the idea of doing a topic like this a few months ago, remember getting bogged down by 'favorites,' 'best,' and struggling with storylines that run through more than one episode in some cases. I might attempt again and not worry so much. It definitely wouldn't have as many recent episodes as this, though! Loving how 2018-2022 is represented! Episodes w/Comments: 98. Gliding Over All - That ten month wait for ~~literal shit~~ to drop. Insane. So much credit to Aaron Paul for his reactions throughout, too. 95. Piedmon's Last Jest - Yay, Digimon, yay Digimon! Some absolutely fantastic moments for sure, and I love how Gomamon of all characters gets extra time. TK's crest finally activating is... mm. Like a lot that happens in the Dark Masters arc, it's slightly undercut by constant overplaying of certain songs. It's definitely not as egregious as when ~~the music plays for Wargreymon showing up to fight, throwing a Nova Blast, then promptly getting tailslapped the fuck out (iirc).~~ I love Digimon, but... the final season is tough to listen, and that extends into Season 2... which is weird because I still love the music just not the abundance of it. Like Christmas music working retail. 85. The Boiling Rock - Definitely amazing, I really enjoy prison escape stories with the high-wire intensity, complex and creative figuring out how to break out, and all the monkey wrenches that get tossed in the way. Zuko and Sokka are amazing together. 84. Telephonies - If there's one episode on this list I feel the absolute need to watch, it's this one. I remember nothing about it but can absolutely picture the chaos. Powerpuff Girls is such an incredible show. 83. White Light - Power Rangers knew how to hype shows. From 'Evil Green Ranger Saga' to 'The Mutiny' to 'White Light' to 'A Different Shade of Pink' and especially to Power Rangers Zeo (you gotta see it, it's coming!), advertising made for appointment television. 'White Light' is so, so many things that I could go on at length about. Maybe some other day. Also has one of the best unmorphed fight scenes, especially Zack. Episodes w/o Comments: 91. Sunset - So tense, tons of anxiety. 89. Ballad of Fallen Angels - Rain. 87. Almost Got 'Im - It was a big rock. 82. I Choose You Pikachu - Smell ya later!
