Bad_Mojo posted... Piccolo had all of his potential unlocked. Remember back when the Guru unlocked his and Gohan's? Well, neither of them got it fully unlocked at that time.
I think that's what happened, anyways. I ask my brother from time to time what's going on.

Piccolo makes a wish to the dragon to unlock his full potential, cause he never got that power up on Namek. The dragon decides to do him a solid, and when he grants his wish he tells Piccolo "your wish has been granted, and a little more." Well Piccolo gets into a fight and gets his ass beat despite having his power unlocked. Just as has about to anime-faint, he hears the dragon repeat "and a little more" over and over in his head and that's when he finds out that the dragon also gave him a new transformation along with his power boost.
