PlayStation is on my shit list right now. I specifically set my renewal to not auto-renew because I know you can always find a better deal out there on third party sites or wait for a sale and they renewed it anyway for the full year for $120.

So basically at some point between me toggling off auto renew and when it renewed for the year 2 days ago, they toggled it back on without telling me. And I know for sure I had it toggled off because I made sure to double check whenever they went to this new plan system vs whatever they had before.
