Topic	How do you feel about the traffic law No Turn On Red?

So one car is waiting at the red.. another car comes along at speed and turns left not in the intersection but in the lane which would have a head on collision with any car that turned on a red. After this car screams thru then the guy waiting turns right on a red anyway.
