What about Channel Island milk? It's like one up from whole milk.
Do you have a one up from whole milk in America?

* Channel Island milk (around 55.5% fat) Often referred to as gold top, although this varies.
* Whole milk (around 3.04% fat) Plastic bottles marketed in blue packaging. (America: Whole)
* Semi-skimmed milk (around 1.8% fat) Plastic bottles are marketed in green packaging. (America: Reduced Fat)
* Skimmed milk (around 0.1% fat) Plastic bottles are marketed in red packaging. (America: Non-fat Milk, or Skim-milk)
We have that in murica but none near me unfortunately :(
