I wouldnt even go so far as to call the list up there Mexican themed more like Mexican charictachure. Yeah, these are all insulting to actual Mexican food. Then again, we don't all have access to good Mexican food. Living in the southwest is pretty great. It is so hard to beat a tortilla that is freshly made with just lard, flour and salt.
