Too fat really depends more on how they look in said fat and how much it effects their life. I have seen pretty fat girls so it really depends on the individual, though there is a point where it starts effecting their life negatively on the daily, like if you can't go up a flight of stairs without getting winded that's too big even if you don't look bad.
