Spam with bacon is really good fried. Use it just like you would bacon: Spacon and eggs, Spacon, lettuce & tomato sandwiches, chicken Spacon ranch wraps, etc.

Spam with Chorizo seasoning is great with eggs, potatoes, and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. It might have been discontinued, however. I haven't seen it in a while.

Teriyaki Spam is the key to quick and easy Spam musubi. If you're really in a hurry and don't have time to go through the shaping and assembly (or don't know how), you can make it in the style of chirashizushi (scattered sushi) where you just put the rice in a bowl and arrange diced spam, nori, and other ingredients on top.

Turkey Spam doesn't taste anything like Spam at all. It tastes like the roast turkey you'd eat for Thanksgiving. It's surprisingly good.
