Clearly the story is supposed to be part of the draw or it wouldn't be there at all. It's kinda the same issue I had with PictoQuest, where it's a picross RPG but the whole RPG part is completely half-baked. It just makes you wonder why they even bothered. I actually thought the pacing was fine!
