All I've ever done in these topics is explain two simple facts:

JK Rowling, owner of the Harry Potter IP and influential transphobe, will make money off royalties for Hogwarts Legacy.

Many trans people have asked their online community not to purchase the game to avoid supporting her.

If you feel "guilted" from those two facts, then that's guilt you always had there.

I don't feel guilted by it, heck I'm not even a Harry Potter fan my wife is. But anyone with a brain knows that telling someone they aren't a true Trans ally because they bought a video game is the same as trying to guilt them over their purchase. I've been on that side before, it's a manipulation tactic that a lot of Protestant Christians try to do to convert others.

Most of my post was more directed at Gunplaygirl, but I did find the concept of a cisgender male like you taking away trans ally cards from a LGBT user, being ridiculous.
