As for this match itself...idk, it's a toughie. I'm not sure how resilient to her own rockets Samus is, and I do think that's going to blindside her. On top of that, Jinx is a horror with her Firelights and the Super Mega Death Rocket. Samus can tank an explosion, but what about two dozen? Or fifty (refer to the vid I posted above for an example)? On the other hand though, Dread era Samus is terrifying. I don't know Metroid well enough to have a complete picture of her, but as far as I know, this is her peak thus far, surpassing even her MP3 self. It's gonna be a lot of work bringing her down, if it can be done at all.

I think Samus is a smart enough combatant to know the firelights are going to be an enemy attack. A strange swarm of glowing insects sounds like exactly the kind of thing she'd be ready for, especially in the context of a deathmatch. And the SMDR hitting is pretty unlikely unless Jinx gets the full jump on Samus which is also unlikely.
