Jinx is powerful but her chain gun has a really low effective range (her range with the chain gun is basically the lowest of any ranged character) and her rockets are kinda slow. She also has no armor. Samus seems like a strong counter to her. Quite literally the only chance is if Jinx + Gordon can distract Samus enough for Sagat to get in and hand to hand her. I do think Sagat who can get in without getting shot can feasibly neutralize Samus with his superior technique and reach. King K Rool really just has to do like.. anything and Samus wins. Even as just a body to occupy Sagat or Gravity Gun/Zap!/Flame Chomp CC would be sufficient. Could he matter? I mean maybe. But I don't have to think about it. --- No problem!
