Koi-Koi is basically the same, except for the part about stealing cards. I also have a couple decks of Hawaiian hanafuda cards. They're the size and thickness of standard Western playing cards. One uses traditional iconography, though much more detailed. The other uses Hawaiian plants, animals, and symbols.
