KJH 03/25/23 3:50:37 PM #38:	Thunder to decloak Zeratul is reliant on a ~3 second debuff being used in a 3 second window multiple minutes into the fight without him already knowing Zeratul is there at all. If he throws it out randomly, he just wastes it while Zeratul is already out of sight on nothing in particular, I think he'd rather save it for a big enemy encounter. --- You can't live without a spinal cord, son.
