If he had Star Spirits he could sleep Ridley down from the sky and this becomes a very funny rout. As is, Gordon dies as soon as battle begins, then Cloud and Ridley and Vivi fight Raiden (Vivi helps a LOT here with Break to either slow him down or freeze him in place), and Zeratul can pick off his support gradually until he's alone.
