I'll also happily, any, any, any day of the week take AI HR over any single HR person I've dealt with. Either option has its drawbacks. Fleshy HR is more likely to inject corrupt self-interests into how they operate and can more easily cover up collusion with the higher-ups to mistreat employees, but AI HR has less capacity to respect the emotions of the people it's administering and can potentially be configured by higher-ups to just be corrupt all the time and never question that. --- This is my signature.
