So Jesse aside how does the rest of this go? I do think destroying the bridge would be a huge detriment for Selvaria, but I also think that she can probably find a way to follow her Lord (and Savior) Zero up. There's a lot of floating debris and stuff in the Panopticon that Jesse uses to navigate before she can properly fly and while I'm not a huge Selvaria knower I think she can probably manage some anime-hero level jumping. Zero will do this even better. This is gonna be slow going for both of them compared to Kefka, who I think is likely to go ahead and 'just start blastin' as he doesn't really care about having backup. Why should he? He's a god!

So essentially early on we have Sora and Sephiroth engaging with Kefka in the air while Jesse snipes Selvaria and Zero trying to make their way up. Sora and Sephiroth have some HISTORY and while they were enemies before if there's anyone who's good at turning enemies into friends and fighting alongside them, it's the boye from Destiny Isles. So they should have a really decent idea of what each other can do. And of course what they can do is incredible. Sora's magic isn't on the same level as Kefka's but he's insanely mobile and the Panopticon will lend itself really well to whacking debris into Kefka, especially as the fight goes on and it becomes more and more damaged. Gravity is pretty fucked up here, remember. And also he can heal, and his heal will heal his allies! Plus he has a few strong buffs like Aero, I'll need some reminding on what they can all do though.

Sephiroth is, well, Sephiroth. I do think God Kefka could take him in a straight duel but with a pocket healer combo king who can come in whenever he needs to parry and back off? No way, Sora turns the tide there. So a lot of this comes down to if Kefka would retreat to help (pfffhahaha) or at least just save his own bacon and try to focus more on his ranged attacks. If he pulls back and drags Sephiroth and Sora down into range of Zero and Selvaria, things get a lot more even. Though I think if he does do that Jesse is gonna have no trouble continuing to rain hell down on them and Sora has good ranged magic as well. It's really an uphill climb for the attackers here.

Once Zero and Selvaria can close it goes a little better for them, Sephiroth and Zero start having a Cool Sword duel while Jesse may finally get out of her sniping position (sniping includes using the terrain lying around as large missiles) and start backing up the others more directly, leading Selvaria on a chase that Selvaria can't hope to win because she's been infuriated at all of Jesse's potshots at Zero. Kefka getting more breathing room is horribly dangerous, but I don't believe anyone on team Kefka can heal and Sora's heal is VERY strong. In the end I think it's going to be very back and forth until someone gets low enough for Jesse to Seize, my guess is either Zero or Selvaria, and once that happens the rest goes very quickly.
