I think you're ignoring what it is saying instead of mean words. The question is only if it was justified in that scenario. It was not asked to actually say the word. It said it was better to knowingly convict the wrong person than to say mean words. That is by far more horrific than if it were used to generate hate speech. --- No locked doors, no windows barred.
