But not in the general. pretty sure independents like candidates who weren't indicted I guess for the primary maybe because DeSantis et al are pathetically denouncing the indictment instead of actually capitalizing on it and saying hey, we all love Trumps policies [for some reason] but we need a candidate without all of these complications.
