I think Richardson has the same problem as Zach Wilson or Trey Lance. He hasn't played enough, and football is one of those sports where playing actual games makes a difference.

I remember people saying Cardale Jones should declare for the draft after he stepped in for Ohio State to win the national title, and I thought that was insane because he'd only played three games, no matter how big they were.
