Like honest to goodness what happened to all the tie interceptors and bombers after they got done blowing up the capital ship? Did they just leave?
Apparently. I guess with GIdeon MIA presumed dead, the base destroyed, and no new orders they just went back to wherever those reinforcements were sent from. Those were the ones requested in the previous episode so they weren't loyal to Gideon or his mission and probably didn't really care about the Mandalorians/Mandalore. They completed their orders and went home I guess.
