"we have the numbers, but they're just small, so we're going to omit them" id maybe get not putting them in the summary, but they arent even in the detailed section on page 9. same disclaimer. why tell us to interpret them with caution when they aren't even in there? Because the general public has a really hard time understanding error estimates, really variability in general.
