Pain of Salvation - In the Passing Light of Day: Very late response (despite me reading it the same day it was posted) but it's worth noting that that album, and that song in particular, are based heavily on the lead singer coming very close to death from flesh eating bacteria, as doctors kept trying different antibiotics with no results.
