There was no social media, so I wasn't worried about what the Joneses were doing and being given the impression their life is incredible rather than carefully curated, I wasn't being flooded with "you've been doing x wrong your entire life" and "you are literally nothing in the scheme of the whole universe" Just the last 20 years have just been beat down after beat down in general.
