As others have said, hopefully there's a successful suit.

But also hopefully there's a culture change with both companies(at least Arbys) actually prioritizing maintenance and safety. . .
and also with workers telling companies to fuck off when asked to do things that are unsafe.

I'm absolutely not victim blaming, she probably wasn't in a position to just say "the freezer is out of order" (though that type of issue, absolute it is) without risking her job and next rent check or meal. . .
*however* blue collar workers need to come together on this to build a safety culture as robust as NASA's or at least the average civil engineer's. This is a going forward statement, not a misdirection of fault.
