That's why they need to be made to pay out a large settlement for this. The only way you get a lot of employers not to ignore workplace hazards like this is to make it more costly to ignore them than it is to pay to have them fixed.

yeah if I call a company to have something like my walk-in freezer door fixed they usually have someone out within 3-5 hours at most. If theyre really busy it might be the afternoon or next day.
