Yes No Is it reasonable to expect someone to have a smartphone if they want to park? - Results (78 votes) Yes 20.51% (16 votes) 16 No 79.49% (62 votes) 62 Around here they're mostly managed by apps where you buy a session in app. There's someone that comes in to enforce by checking plates at random, but the days of the parking lot attendant that takes money and issues you a slip seems numbered.
