Water is pretty much equivalent to a luke warm bath, quite pleasant. Dude could easily last overnight all things equal, just has to float on his back. Not that I am giving him days out in the open sea, since he will be pretty badly dehydrated from all the booze that got him in the situation in the first place, but 15 minutes?
