You are completely load of shit to claim the Family Guy dude is celebrated as a healthy and athletic man that woman swoon over, or that Kevin James would be labeled "the most sexy man" on most magazines. Your anecdotal experience doesn't change what overall men and woman are usually attracted to, which isn't obese people.

Put 2 guys in a room, one obese, and one fit with everything else about them the same like money and personality...the woman are not going to mostly flock to the fat man. You are full of shit to claim so.
The same applies to men, most men are not going to flock to obese woman.

Biologically speaking most men and woman are going to flock to the healthy looking one, not the obese looking one. That's just simple biology of animals, we animals are more likely to flock to a potential love interest that will better our species which applies to men and woman.

This doesn't mean exceptions don't exist, but exceptions are not the rule.
