She has tiktoks of her literally making incredibly unhealthy, calorie dense, not very satiating foods. You in fact can lose weight very easily if you replace those with healthy, low calorie, satiating alternatives, even assuming you don't increase your activity (Which you should). Why most people are overweight is not a medical mystery, it is because they are constantly in a calorie surplus. The vast majority of people do not have a medical condition where they cannot lose weight, and no one, in the entire world, has a medical condition that causes them to gain body fat while in a calorie deficit.

Like, this is the kind of shit that pisses me off. Its one thing to say we shouldn't bully people. I agree with that completely. But we also shouldn't make excuses for people who can very easily improve their lives by changing their dietary and activity habits. The reason why America has sky-high levels of obesity isn't because everyone here happens to have been born with a medical predisposition to that. It is because of unhealthy eating habits encouraged by decadent American capitalism and low levels of physical activity.
