Built a platform above the Nether in a crimson forest, put glass every other block to prevent hoglins spawning, built up like 100 blocks with scaffolding, came down, name tagged the adult piglins, lured them into a hole, repeated until I had 24 got rid of the spawning platform and built a rudimentary storage system below them.
