Only really used battle boost for grinding the gold saucer arena for Omnislash because heck doing that all over again in one sitting. Still didn't even make me immune to RNG, got accessory broken, toaded, then an enemy berserked me. An enemy that can heal himself. It took him forever to kill me once I finally relented and turned boost off.
