The mutt who wasn't housebroken has an easy fix. Just say that she doesn't immediately start rectifying the situation, you'll shoot the dog. And by "rectifying" I mean training the dog to know to go for walkies when it needs to go pee. The Xbox thief is an asshole. Sounds about normal for college dickheads though.
