wew finally an end

i was wanting to demonstrate that part, that rounds don't have to be necessarily 24/7 but bot can semi-randomize a set time for the next round to start

in this case I have it set to 30 minutes +/- 15 (woop that was my secret testing number) but yeah i could set it to any # of minutes away with any kind of variability

also, bot could just post the specific time, but I figure unknown variability is preferred

of course, I can check the specific time personally, although it's not actually stored in human readable form I would have to convert it to a timestamp manually
