Yeah I agree with Mewtwo's logic that they wouldn't count -- but, with everyone else that they should just be included anyways.

Galarian Forms already did step that technical line with the new pokemon evolutions, and it's already been mentioned to include broader Paldeans such as the Paradox pokemon which are then further separated from a direct line attatchment but as a player we know that "this is just Ancient Misdreavus", and I feel that's how we're lead with the likes of Kleavor.

although the trick is that these pokemon aren't grouped easily in Serebii and since I haven't finished Legends I'm gotta make sure I note them all

also Weezing breaks the "evolve from region forms" thing since Galarian Koffing is just Koffing (also Alolan Raichu, Exeggutor, & Marowak)
