Express Yourself Cherish Oh Father Spanish Eyes Dear Jessie Till Death Do Us Part Keep It Together Promise to Try Love Song Act of Contrition "Like a Prayer" is an all-timer, and the next five tracks fall just short of greatness. I feel there is a cohesiveness here that was rare in pop albums of the time, but over the last decade, we've seen some genuine mainstream pop masterpieces in album form. Madonna is definitely a better singles artist than an album artist.
