Men in India, no joke, do this all the time. Not only are they extremely desperate because of the crazy sex ratio there (not a lot of women), but they're also extremely predatory. They will go up to a woman and do exactly what was in this video with zero fear or hesitation. Oftentimes with a gang of men all groping at once. It's often said to never ever visit India without a man or two if you are a woman.

It seems the behavior travels.
