My guess is that it's because these are being sold to people who already believe the mainstream medical establishment is trying to keep the real cures from them. So when any reputable medical organization warns against using a particular product that makes it more attractive to them. A warning about MMS or something to them means that the doctors are trying to keep them from learning the truth and not that drinking a product made from industrial bleach is just a really dumb thing to do. Sure, but couldnt they just still use sugar pills and say it is something else so they dont kill their base?
