Drugs only fund gangs because it's illegal.

We saw this shit in the US over booze, during the decade or so it was also illegal.

It feels like the prohibition times here right now. Gangs killing eachother, targetting family members of gang members, innocents being in the crossfire, explosions and shootings every week etc.

No party except some youth party groups want less harsh drug laws. Nope, they are gonna make harsher laws and penalties, more police, more survailance etc.

Then again I dunno if it would have a big effect on thr gang violence atm even of they decriminilized or legalized as the gang conflicts are more complex, but it would help the police to focus on more inportant stuff than punishing drug users.

Sweden has one of the highest drug related deaths in Europe (for example fear or getting help at overdosing so you wont be clased as a criminal scum), and we also have very strict drug laws, ever since Nixon.
