Topic	CE, how do you tell if someone is a bad person?

I'd like to assume everybody here has gone through more "shit" than your average person, therefore garnering key wisdom into understanding the human psyche. Your insight could help the next person from getting pooped on. I have the bad habit of associating people with neck tattoos to be degenerates.
