Topic	I've been on hold with my student loan servicer (Nelnet) for an hour and a half

Their communication and systems are absolutely abhorrent. I asked them 2 weeks in advance to make sure its sealed and signed. Then I get a notification a day earlier that it was sent off. Then the next day they said they couldn't sign it since it was already sent off. Like bitch, you had 2 weeks to do it?
