I'll say the budget is $1500 max for a new PC but it would be better to get one for cheaper. I can just wait until Black Friday for a new monitor if I get a computer now. Can't wait until then for the computer itself. I would need a decent one but not necessarily a gaming computer since I know things like Alienware are ridiculously overpriced.
