Topic	A lazybones tells the Cart Narc to shut the fuck up in a parking garage
Prestoff 09/28/23 1:46:31 PM #30:	Yeah I don't think Cart Narc is staging these encounters, but he most likely filter, by picking and choosing, his interactions and annoys them enough to get a certain "response" out of them. That's what a lot of these youtubers who don't "fake their pranks" do. Do something enough to get a rise out of the person to fish out a reaction to make an "exciting" video, but not soo much you get can yourself into a lawsuit for.
