Here's a highlight reel:

Some of these are a little obvious right? Like the lady using a knife guard to cut and then she takes the knife guard off and uses the dull side of the blade.

And "sprinkles are good on everything" girl is obviously playing a character right?

And one lady said she might have killed her grandma with a cake she made. Yeah uh huh I believe you when you tell that story with a little giggle. Much verisimilitude wow.

There's no way you put your hands in boiling water unless you're doing some kind of Jackass thing. This is reality TV and they are intentionally doing the wrong thing over and over again. A lot of them are probably actually pretty knowledgeable and using that knowledge to do exactly the wrong things. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot of professional line cooks on this show

I mean like in this video these people seem like they know exactly what they're doing. The lady knew the glass would shatter, that's why she made an exaggerated shocked face and stared directly at Ann. The guy with the potato knew he was cutting it up in a weird way which is why he started singing about it, he wanted to alert the camera guy that he was about to do something weird.

I'm not crazy, these people are intentionally making suboptimal moves right?
