Heck, I can still enjoy the Cosby Show and Hercules, because whatever the actors go on to do doesn't change my initial impressions of the shows. It's called separating art from artist. In The Adventures of Hercules, Hercules still exists in the modern era under the alias of Kevin Sorbo. The artist is the art, unfortunately. Or it could just be a fourth wall break and not a part of the actual canon of the show. But, yeah.
