EDIT: That said, it does imply cloaks always have hoods, which Batman's and Superman's do not. But they are of the "absurdly long" variety, too. Batman and Superman have capes/cloaks that lack hoods, but also typically extend atleast to the knee, if not to the ankle or ground. So are they capes or cloaks?
